| Obligation |
1. Conduct Lean culture for every sections of organization
- Lead and drive Kaizen activities with shop floor groups and Lean office
- Lead and drive 5S and safety activities in shop floor and office areas
2. Lead and drive Lean improvement projects for Value Stream Management with
cross functional teams for supporting the companys KPIs
- Delivery issues by time study/line balancing and 7 wastes/bottle neck process
- Quality issues by problem solving and Poka-Yoke
- Inventory management (RM/WIP/FG) by pull system/Kanban and SMED
3. Educate Lean knowledge for the concerned people
- Lean principle for shop floor operators
- Lean tools for foreman
- Value Stream Management for engineers and supervisors
4. Implement Overall Equipment Effectiveness (OEE) system
- Create the calculating method and data collection plan
- Communicate to all concerned people
- Monitor, analyze, plan and improve processes and machines
