1. Administrative and Secretarial supports to Management?s office as a personal assistant
? Organize appointments and record on agenda
? Arrange business travel.
2. Manage documentation
? Update and file governance documents such as corporate information
? Maintain document record for audit purpose
? Corporate Internal audit tasks. Provide other audit supports when required
3. Handle Cross functional tasks / measures
? Coordinate with other departments within the company, such as Legal, Business Development, Project Development and Store & warehouse etc.
4. Interpreting
? Chinese - Thai interpreting in the meeting and translating any documents as assignment
? Communication support between internal and external staff in Chinese, English and Thai
5. Other tasks as assignment
